Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is through UPS ground service, and therefore we do not ship to PO boxes. Orders that are requested to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. Military APO/FPO address, will incur an additional shipping charge based on the product size and weight. This shipping option must be chosen at check out so that the appropriate fee will be applied to the order during checkout.

Shipping Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for UPS ground transit time once your item has shipped. Because we cannot predict what our workload will be, no 7 Heavens LLC employee can guarantee faster shipping unless expedited (rush delivery) shipping is available, purchased, and processed while we are on the phone with our customer (or it is chosen during an online purchase).

Address Correction Fees: Orders that have been submitted to 7 Heavens LLC with incorrect address information and have not been corrected before they are shipped will incur a $15.00 charge.Incorrect address information would include: missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip code, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery

Please double check your shipping address for accuracy! The $15.00 fee may be charged to 7 Heavens LLC by UPS when packages are undeliverable due to lack of information or bad information in the address field. This fee will be billed to the credit card the order was originally placed under. If you feel you have been charged in error, please contact us at 888-671-6672 so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your cooperation.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages: If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the damaged item from you, as well as send you a new replacement unit. Damaged call tags are good for 1 week after the replacement unit is received. If the damaged item is not in transit back to 7 Heavens LLC within 7 days after receipt of a replacement unit, additional charges will be issued.

Lost packages must be reported to 7 Heavens LLC within 30 days of order placement. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Please contact us at 888-671-6672as soon as possible if your order has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after 30 days from the original date of order placement.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order is submitted, any cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No Exceptions. This includes any refusal of the package from UPS or any returned package to 7 Heavens LLC. A restocking fee of 15%, and the return shipping fee, will be deducted from the customer’s refund if package is refused at time of delivery.
